What platform do you use for your programs?
We use Microsoft Excel as a base for the majority of our programs. We use Excel because it’s a program that most people have on their computer already and one that they are familiar with. Anything can be coded into Excel on the back-end and the end solution is a beautiful “software like” program that comes at a fraction of the cost of making one from scratch.
How long will it take to receive our completed program?
This all depends on the complexity of the program. Some things we can turn around in a few days, some programs will take a few weeks. But don’t worry, before you sign the contract we will all agree on a time frame for turnaround time.
How will we get trained on the program?
We have multiple ways to provide training. We can do it remotely online, come to your office if you’re local or provide training documentation. You let us know what your preference is and we will make it happen. If coming to you requires travel, we will include the cost associated with traveling for in person training in the contract.
Who is your target customer?
Everyone! We have yet to find a business out there that doesn’t use Excel in one way or another. The beauty of our services is that you’re not required to buy new software or learn a new system. You likely already have Excel on your computer both at work and at home. If you use Excel we can likely help you and you will in turn get a huge ROI.
CAn you work with an existing excel workbook that we are using?
Of course! We would love to look at what you have already built. We can clean up any existing formulas and then rebuild your workbook efficiently according to your needs.
Can you automate anything in EXcel?
Pretty much. There is no project too big or too small for us. We love a good challenge, so if you can dream it we can likely make it happen.
We are in a rush to get a program completed, can you do it?
Yes, of course if you need your program rushed we will have to charge a fee for that (to cover the late nights of programming and the cost of the coffee), but we will get you up and running as quickly as possible. We will discuss based on the size of the program how quickly we can turn it around and the cost of rushing it.
